1. sustained gender mainstreaming in the trifocal functions of the university: instruction, research and extension considering the four entry points namely policy, people, enabling mechanisms and PPAs                                                                
  2. increased number of trained personnel and students and recognized GAD experts by 100% in 2025
  3. sustained linkage and networking on GAD with local, national and international agencies, the academe and civil society in the country and in the ASEAN region
  4. improved use of the gender lens in all plans, projects and activities of the university
